I didn’t get the sign-in code
It can take a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder, and that the email address is spelled right. Then tap Resend code. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll help you sign in.
When will I be charged?
Your free trial lasts 3 days. We email you the day before it ends, then charge your plan on the date shown in Plan and billing. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, then Plan and billing, then Cancel. You keep everything until your trial or the month you paid for ends.
How often are reels updated?
We check your competitors for new reels every 3 days. During the free trial, your first scan is the only one.
What does “8x their usual” mean?
The reel got 8 times the views that account usually gets, so it did unusually well for them.
Why can’t you scan an account?
We can only see public accounts. If an account is private or can’t be found, the Competitors tab tells you.
